PRIVACY POLICY — AIR STRIKE COMBAT ZONE
Effective date: August 29, 2026
Air Strike Combat Zone (package name: com.airzone) is developed and published by BugraX. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
1. INFORMATION HANDLED BY THE GAME
The game does not require an account. BugraX does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, or precise location.
The game stores gameplay data locally on your device. This can include settings, language, sound preferences, control sensitivity, gyroscope preference, HUD layout, difficulty, selected aircraft, unlocked aircraft, advertisement-unlock progress, virtual credits, missile and flare inventory, daily mission progress, mission results, and best scores. This local gameplay data is not intentionally transmitted to BugraX.
If gyroscope flight control is enabled, device-motion readings are processed temporarily on the device to control the aircraft. These readings are not intentionally retained or transmitted by BugraX.
2. ADVERTISING AND INFORMATION HANDLED BY GOOGLE ADMOB
The game uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial and rewarded advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share:
IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general or approximate location;
app interactions, including app launches, taps, advertisement views, and video views;
diagnostic and performance information, such as crash-related data, launch time, hang rate, and energy usage; and
device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other applicable identifiers.
Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, service delivery, security, and fraud prevention. BugraX may receive aggregated advertisement performance reports, but does not use AdMob to request your name, email address, or precise location.
Where required by law, the game displays Google's consent form before requesting advertisements. Depending on your region, consent choice, device settings, and Google's policies, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. If Google requires a privacy-options entry point, it is available from the game's Settings screen.

3. UNITY TECHNOLOGY
The game is made with the Unity game engine. Unity or platform-level components may process limited technical information required to operate, secure, diagnose, or distribute the application, depending on the Unity runtime services and platform configuration in the released version. Unity's handling of information is governed by its own policy:

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Information is handled for operating the game and saving local progress; providing and measuring advertisements; granting player-requested rewarded-ad benefits; maintaining security and preventing invalid advertisement activity or fraud; diagnosing technical failures and improving reliability; and complying with legal and platform requirements.
Where applicable, personalized advertising is based on consent. Other processing may be necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and application reliability.
5. DATA SHARING AND SALE
BugraX does not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared by Google, Unity, the operating-system provider, and the application store as necessary to provide their services. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies and may process information in countries other than your country of residence.
BugraX may disclose information if required by law, a valid legal request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the game, or legal rights.
6. RETENTION AND DELETION
Local gameplay data remains on the device until you clear the game's storage or uninstall the game. Because this data is stored locally and is not linked to a BugraX account, it can normally be deleted through Android's application settings or by uninstalling the game.
Advertising and diagnostic information handled by Google or other providers is retained according to those providers' policies and legal obligations. Android users can reset or delete the advertising ID through device privacy settings. Consent and advertising choices may also be changed through the game's Settings screen when the privacy-options control is required and available.
You may contact BugraX regarding a privacy request. BugraX may need enough information to understand and respond to the request, but may be unable to identify data held only by a third-party provider or stored solely on your device.
7. SECURITY
Reasonable measures are used to protect the game and information handled through it. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No electronic transmission, storage method, or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The game is not directed to children under 13 and BugraX does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If the game is offered to an audience that includes children in a particular country, applicable age, family, advertising, and consent requirements must be followed. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information may contact BugraX.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent regarding personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated when the game's features, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by providing an in-game or store-listing notice.
