DEEP SEA: DIVING SIMULATOR — SCUBA DIVING TREASURE HUNT GAME FOR ANDROID

Deep Sea: Diving Simulator is a free 3D underwater adventure and scuba diving game by BugraX. Gear up on your boat, dive into the ocean, hunt for sunken treasure, and make it back to the surface before your oxygen runs out — while great white sharks and hammerheads hunt you in the deep.

GAME FEATURES

Dive in first person: explore coral reefs, shipwrecks and deep ocean trenches with a realistic underwater feel, currents, darkness and a flashlight.

Six dive regions: Coral Coast, Wreck Reef, Shark Corridor, Ship Graveyard, Ancient Trench and the Abyss. The deeper you go, the rarer the treasure and the more dangerous the water.

Treasure hunting: find gold coins, pearls, treasure chests, ancient artifacts, statues and heavy salvage. Loot spawns in new places on every dive, and hidden caches wait for the most careful explorers.

Shark survival: great white sharks, hammerhead shark packs and ocean bosses such as the Giant Squid and the Megalodon. Use your harpoon gun, dodge attacks and escape to the extraction point.

Diving equipment: sonar, flashlight, harpoon, medkits, batteries, oxygen tanks and upgrades for your diver and your boat.

Marine life collection: photograph reef fish, sea turtles, manta rays, octopus, moray eels, barracuda, jellyfish and anglerfish to complete your encyclopedia.

Museum and progression: donate artifacts to the museum, complete daily dives and missions, join limited events, and climb the season pass.

Offline play: dive without an internet connection; online features back up your progress.

PRIVACY POLICY — DEEP SEA: DIVING SIMULATOR

Deep Sea: Diving Simulator is developed and published by BugraX. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

1. INFORMATION HANDLED BY THE GAME

The game does not require you to create an account. BugraX does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, or precise location.

The game stores gameplay data locally on your device. This can include settings, language, audio and graphics preferences, control layout, progress, coins and pearls, equipment, collection and museum progress, missions, season and event progress, and purchase entitlements such as Remove Ads.

2. ONLINE SERVICES (UNITY GAMING SERVICES)

When the device is online, the game signs in anonymously with Unity Authentication. This creates a random player ID that is not linked to your name or email address. The following services are used with that ID:

Cloud Save: a backup copy of your game progress is stored so it can be restored on reinstall.

Remote Config: game settings such as event and balance values are downloaded.

Unity Analytics: gameplay events (for example dive results, progress and feature use) and device/technical information are collected only after you agree in the game's consent prompt. You can change this choice at any time in the game's Settings screen.

Unity Gaming Services may process your IP address, device model, operating system, and the anonymous player ID to provide these services.

3. ADVERTISING (UNITY LEVELPLAY)

The game shows rewarded advertisements (always optional) and interstitial advertisements through Unity LevelPlay and its partner ad networks. These SDKs may automatically collect or share:

IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general or approximate location;

app interactions, such as advertisement views and taps;

diagnostic and performance information; and

device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID.

This information may be used for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Where required by law, the game asks for your consent before personalized advertising. Depending on your region, choices, and device settings, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. BugraX does not receive or store your payment card details. BugraX receives purchase confirmations needed to deliver the purchased item.

5. NOTIFICATIONS

If you allow notifications, the game schedules local reminders on your device (for example when a reward is ready). These are created on the device and can be turned off in the game or in Android settings.

6. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

Information is handled to operate the game and save progress; back up and restore progress; provide and measure advertisements; deliver rewards and purchases; maintain security and prevent fraud; diagnose problems and improve the game; and comply with legal and platform requirements.

Where applicable, analytics and personalized advertising are based on consent. Other processing is necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate interests such as security and reliability.

7. DATA SHARING AND SALE

BugraX does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Unity, advertising partners, Google, and the operating-system provider as necessary to provide their services. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process information in countries other than your own.

BugraX may disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the game, or legal rights.

8. RETENTION AND DELETION

Local gameplay data remains on the device until you clear the game's storage or uninstall the game. The cloud backup is kept while the game uses it. To request deletion of your cloud backup and analytics data, contact BugraX at the email address below and include the player ID shown in the game's Settings screen if available.

Android users can reset or delete the advertising ID in the device's privacy settings.

9. SECURITY

Reasonable measures are used to protect the game and the information handled through it. Data sent to Unity Gaming Services is encrypted in transit. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The game is not directed to children under 13 and BugraX does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information may contact BugraX.

11. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent regarding personal information. You may also complain to a local data-protection authority.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This policy may be updated when the game's features, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
